Visit with Santa
Ok, so on Saturday night, our ward had a christmas party and invited Santa to come. We have been teaching Lauren a bit about him and so when she saw him for the first time she wasn't sure what to think of him. Well, they invited all the kids to come up on stage to sit with him. We got up there, and then all the sudden she burst into tears. Real ones!! She was terrified and we hadn't even gotten to him yet. She was crying wanting her dad and so he came up and calmed her down and eventually got her to sit on his lap. She was so comfortable with him then, that she actually had a conversation with him. I think she will like the idea of Santa after all!!!

that is so funny. i can't believe she was just chatting away with him when at first she was so scared. he is adorable.
